Recommendation

This insecticide is used for the control of various sucking pest like Aphid, Jassid, Thrips, White fly and Bollworms in cotton.

Precautions

Do not mix with bare hands. use a wooden stick for stirring the spray solution, do not eat, drink of smoke during application, avoid contact with eyes and skin, destroy empty containers after use.

Antidote

  • Atropinize the patient immediately & maintain full atropinization using repeated dose of 2-5mg at 5-10 minutes interval. Until fully atropinized.
  • Administer 1-2 g of 2-pyridine-2-aldomime-nmethly-o-iodine (2pam) to be dissolved in 10 c.c. of distilled water & inject intravenously (very sloe) taking 10-15 minutes.

First Aid

Remove the patient to fresh air. Remove contaminated clothing. If skin is contaminated wash well with soap and water. If eyes are contaminated fresh with copious amount of water. If ingested victim should be induce to vomit by tickling the back of throat. In emergency take the patient to the nearest hospital.

Symptoms

Headache, giddiness, Nausea, Vomiting , Blurred vision, Seating, Excessive loacrrimation and salivation.

Dose

In case of skin contamination wash affected body parts thoroughly with soap and running water. Ensure that patient has fresh air. Give artificial respiration if breathing weakens.

Symptoms of poisoning

Precautions

Keep out of the reach of children, keep in a dry place away from heat & open flame, If swallowed or symptoms of poisoning occur, call physician immediately.

First Aid

Remove the affected person to well ventilated area or fresh air and protect him from undercooling. Remove contaminated clothing and throughly wash the affected parts of the body with soap and water. Rinse eyes with clean water for several minutes. It ingested, give the patient one or two glasses of water, if able to swallow. Do not immediately.

Note

Do not induce vomiting or never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Symptoms of Poisoning

As with Cholinesterase inhibitors, It can be expected to manifest muscarine – like , nicotin and central nervous system effects. Other symptoms are headache, weakness excessive sweating nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, tightness of chest, muscular twitching, constructed pupils, respiratory distress etc. Symptomatic treatment is advocated.

Antidote

immediate inject 2 mg atropine sulphate i.v. infusion of 1-2 gm, dissolved in 10 c.c distilled water slowly taking 10- 15 min. Contraindicated are adrena (Epinerphrine), Theophylline & aminophylline derivatives. 2 PAM (Paralidoxime) iv. Infusion of 1-2 gm. Dissolved in 10 cc distilled water slowly taking 10-15 minutes. Contraindicated are : adrenaline (eoinerphrine ) Theophylline and aminophylline derivatives.

Direction of Use

Imidacloprid 30.5% SC shall be applied at 0.075% a.i. concentration i.e. 2.1 ml formulated products diluted in 1 Lt. of water for the control of termites in building during pre and post construction. Description

THIAMETHOXAM 25%WG is a broad spectrum, systemic insecticide with quick contact and stomach action. Rapidly taken up into the plants and transported acropetally in the xylem. It is a soluble powder containing 250gms thiamethoxam a.i. and balance adjuvants. It used to control Aphids, Jassids, white flies, thrips, rice hoppers, rice bugs, mealybugs, white grubs, beetles, wire worms, ground beetles, leaf minors, etc by foliar and soil treatments on a wide range of crops viz Cole crops, leafy and fruity vegetables, Potato, rice, Cotton, deciduous fruits, Coffee, Tea, citrus fruits, tobacco, soybean. Recommendations

This product is used specially for the control of stem borer and leaf folder on Rice Crop. Also can be used for the other chewing and Sucking pest in various Crops. Antidote : An intravenous injection of100-200mg of L-crystaine or an intramuscular injection of 20-60 mg of BAL (dimercap rol or 2, 3-dimecraptopropanol) are recommended. First Aid

Recommendation

This Product can be used for the control of Cotton Bollworms, Leaf Roller, Stem Borer, Fruit Borer, Hispa, Bihar hairy caterpillar, Shoot Borer, Shoot Fly, Dimond Black moth & other caterpillar insects.

Antidote

Atropine in addition oxime preparation such as Toxogonin under medical supervision. Injection 2-4 mg. atropine sulphate (for children 0.5 to 2 mg. ) i.v. or i.m. every 5 to 10 minutes until signs of atropinisation occurs the patient must remain atropinised for a sufficient length or time (24 to 48 hours) to prevent subsequent poisoning due to delayed resorption.

It is recommended for the control of bollworms in cotton, stem borer & leaf folder in Paddy, Shoot & Fruit borer in Brinjal, Fruit borer in Okra & Tomato, Thrips & Flea beetle in Grapes & Thrips & Pod borer in chili crops.

Symptoms of Poisoning

Nausea vomiting, diarrhoea dna allergenic manifestation. If larger doses are ingested it may cause disturbance of the nervous system with tremors, ataxia, weakness of limbs, convulsion, coma and death from respiratory depression.

Antidote

No specific antidote is known. Treat Symptomatically. Recommendations :- This products is recommended for white flies, Jassids, aphids and thrips of Cotton, Cabbage, okra and chilli and Brown plant hopper of the cereals. Also use full for other vegetables and crops.
